Dear Mr. John,

I am writing regard to apartment unit 302, 33- Robinson St, Hamilton. I have met you couple of times and expressed my gratitude to you regarding this accommodation.

I have been living in this apartment since four years now, and I would like to bring your attention to some issues with the apartment furniture. The sofa is torn off, the legs of dining table are broken, the cabinet doors are chipped off. Moreover, the basin in washroom is leaking, the cabinets in the room are broken, the door in the storage area keeps on falling. This issues are not acceptable as it is hard for us to live in these circumstances.

I would like to request you to replace all this damaged furniture. We hope you will understand our situation and provide us with new furniture. In addition, we would also like you organize a pest control in our apartment.
