Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Asad who has been living in the 15 flat Alisher Navoiy street . I am writing to complain the problems which I have been facing with since I came here and one of the main issue is the furniture which I was given by one of your staff.

Firstly, the armchair’s leg is broken which we put in the living room , therefore my father tried to fix it. However its leg broke again while one of my father’s friend was sitting . That moment was disappointing for my dad. Moreover , there are 6 chairs in our kitchen but two of them should be replaced because theirs legs also are not in a good condition.

Therefore, can you replace or repair the furniture but the chairs could not be repaired so can you bring chairs which are new.

I hope after my complaint you will change your employees .
