Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the condition of some of the furniture in my apartment (House number: 10A) along Veritas street. I made payment for this accommodation 5 days ago.
I am an international student currently doing my Masters in Public Administration at the University of Calbury. I am a Nigerian, a married man, blessed with two children.
To be specific, I had two major issue with the furniture. Firstly, the bed frame bolts were worn out which makes the bed unstable. In addition, the chairs in the dinner room were not properly cleaned. This has caused significant discomfort to my wife and children because they had to place the mattress on the floor to sleep. Also, we cannot have the family dinner together as we often do because of the state of the chairs.
I would like you to issue a refund as I no longer have interest in retaining the accommodation. Please I expect a reply within 7 days. If not, I will raise an issue with the estate manager association.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
James Agunbiade
