Band 5+: You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel. Write a letter to the hotel, making the arrangements. Dear sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to enquire about the accomodation available at the seaside hotel on next weekend dated 23 and 24th May. We are a family of 4 people including 2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 8 years respectively.

To add some further information, we will be arriving at 7 am on the saturday morning and the departure will be most probably on 10 pm on sunday. Additionally, we will prefer to have one couple suite and one children suite having en-suite bathroom. I would like to know the budget of both the rooms and also let me know if there any other room options available. Moreover, the budget that will be preferable will be 700 to 800 $ for 2 rooms for 1 night and 2 days.

In addition to this, I have also explored some of the places near the hotel on the internet but I would also like to discover some of the more places and weekend activities like hiking, camp fire or ice skating if available and at what prices. Please guide me about the weekend activities and places to visit on this email address so that we can plan our trip accordingly.
