Dear Sir or Madam,

Hope this finds you well. I am writing to you to ask your help in arranging a weekend stay at your hotel for me and my family.

We will leave our town Friday, May 16 at 2 pm, and it is about 4 hours driving, consequently we will be at your location at 6 pm. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids, consequently I think 3 double bedrooms should be fine with us. We prefer a Seaview rooms at non-smoking level if that is an option.

We are planning to spend the whole weekend at the hotel, and leave by 12 noon on Monday. Please let us know if you are holding any special activities in these days, or if there are any nearby places you recommend visiting in our stay.

Looking forward to hearing from you about your recommendation and the total fees associated with our trip to your hotel.
