I am writing to express my strong annoyance related to your rented apartment which I have been staying in. Even though the view overlooking sea was lovely, several things in the apartment were missing and unsatisfactory and I would like to use this opportunity to explain the problem leading to this complaint.
More clearly, the wooden steps leading up to the apartment did not meet any official security standards: one steps were broken when my father carried our luggage up, leaving him with cruised leg, and two other steps were also dangerously close to breaking apart in the middle. Additionally, when my mother wanted to put away her clothes in the available cupboards, one of the planks broke loose, hitting my mother and scaring him. Finally, the kitchen did not have any cutlery, let alone cups, and the cooker only worked after my brother troubleshot it.
As you can see, the condition of the apartment was unsatisfactory in many ways, and I would therefore like to ask for a discount of thirty per cent of the price we paid for the rent. I hope this feedback is useful to you, thereby helping to make this place suitable for tourists in the future.
