Band 5+: You and your family have just come back from a holiday staying in a rented apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment was very unsatisfactory. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the agency from which you rented the apartment. In your letter, – give details of the things that were unsatisfactory – explain the reactions of the members of your family – ask the manager what he/she is going to do about the situation

Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the issue we have faced during our holiday. We got the apartment on 7th june beside the sea by your invitation.

We are believed that everything in the apartment is in very good condition, and we can use them without any problem. But we went for a walk over the beach and relax, so our some clothes should be washed, especially, my children’s. Unfortunately, our washing machine is not working and it causes inconvenience for us.

Despite making call with the owner of the house, I couldn’t get connected with him. I request you to solve this matter by replacing working well washing machine or repairing it. I look forward to your respond and I hope you will make it as soon as possible.
