Dear Mr. Singh

I am your new tenant for the house number 12924 located at 92A avenue. My family and I just shifted to the apartment two days ago.

Everything seems good on the first sight but recently my mother noticed few problems. The first and foremost is the washroom tap that is continuously leaking. And another problem is the grass cutter in the garden that is not working at all.

I want you to send a plumber to our house as soon as possible to get the tap leakage fixed. For the grass cutter , as I have discussed with you earlier about this same issue and you told me that you have a spare one at your residence. Kindly bring that to us as soon as possible because there is huge grass grown up in the garden that needs to be removed otherwise the authorities can give a tickets.
