Hello, my name is Wayne, i write you letter about the noise. I guess recently was openned new restaraunt nearby my house. I live nearby 24-hour store on Growe Street. This noise so loud and annoying. This restaurant always making noise, every morning, every day, every evening.

I live in appartment with my brother – he is my neighbor. I am student, he is freelance worker. After colledge, when I just want to relax your restaurant making noise, it so annoying, because I study until late every day and I get tired. This noise sounds like noisy kitchen, loudly conversaitions, and at night this noise gets even louder. For example, at the last night you turn on annoying jersy club music and we could not sleep. My neighbor also can not work with this problem, because he is always at home. He tryed use headphones but it is useless.

Dear council, please solve this problem. I can offer you some decisions. For example, you can improve noise isolation in restaurant. Also, you can change rooles, for example ban on loud music, change restaurant time or improse fines and warnings. Sincerely, Wayne.
