Dear Mr.Brown,

I am writing you to express my disatisfaction about the maintenance issues that has not been declared despite discussing everything during prior arrangement.

Firstly, the main issue that i have noticed was the leaking water coming from the kitchen sink, at first i thought it wasn’t a trustworthy issue then after arriving back home finding all of the kitchen wet which may result in a catastrophic consequences. Therefore, such a problem with harmful impact should be introduced from the very beginning. In addition to the broken door handle which frustrated me every time i go in or out finding some difficulties in closing or opening the door. Though I tried contacting your assistant numerous times only to keep promising me that the issues would be solved soon.

This dammage has a negative impact on my life, whenever i come back home i have to wipe the kitchen floor and keep everything high in order not get things more messier. In addition to the hard effort that i always put when trying to open or close the door.

I would appreciate if the difficulties that i have been facing would reach an end soon. I will be absent for a week. Therefore, you must find an appropriate solution within this period of time.

I hope this complaint would be taken into consideration as soon as possible.
