Dear Building Manager,

I am writing to bring to your kind attention that an ongoing water supply issue is severely affecting the apartment. Many of the times there is no water at all and it last for hours.

The problem is persistent in last few weeks, especially the peak shower times; mornings and evenings. I beleive it is due to the small tank capacity of water, whichit is insufficient for all the tenants.

It has a critical and direct effect on our routines and time management. We can’t cook or eat on time due to this and the long wait times for the return of water supply usually makes the people frustrated.

Given the issue, a proper in demand supply of water is really needed to solve this. Therefore, We humbly request the transfering of pipe lines from a storage to on-demand system.

I understand that technical difficulties can occur, however timely fixing of them will maintain a pleasant tenant and landlord relationship. I hopefully look forward to hear on this matter soon.
