Dear Mr. Smith,

My name is Mikhail Dolganov and I am a student who has started to learn the machinery course at the Technical college recently.

I am very glad that I become a part of the college. This course had great feedback and the topics of lectures seemed to be very actual according to the standards of the mining industry. Since I had started to study there, I found the course as a must take to have advantage knowledge and practical solutions to different problems on the gold plant.

But recently I started to feel sick. I realized the necessity to have a check-up.After visiting the doctor, I got recommendations to have an urgent surgery. I can’t delay that surgery and feel worse every day.

Because of the surgery I must take a week off and ask you to help me with organization processes with studying at the college. Is it possible to get online records of the lectures and seminars which will be missed by me? I promise to study them and go to the final exam fully prepared.
