Dear Mr. Smith,

Hope this letter finds you in good health.

I am writing this letter to intimate you about the financial crunch i am facing. I would not be able to pay you rent for a next upcoming month.

Certainly, i have changed my job in the last week. So i wont be receiving any salary for this current month from my previous organisation. I have given you the all rental charges on time from last 5 years. I have no money left as last month i met with an accident, all my savings were drained in the hospital. Due to this uncertain situation, i am also reducing my household expenses.

In the next two month, i will be receiving my salary from the old and current company. I will pay the whole rent at one go in order to clear my debts.
