I hope you are in good health! I am writing to request you to allow me pay the house rent later because i am currently facing some financial issues and assuring you to pay the rent as i resolved my some financial crises.

Basically, I am a salaried person, and my company holds my three month salary because they are currently facing some import problems with government, this totally stops the production at my company leads to drop profit ratio to lost that is why they are not able to give salaries to their employees ultimately leads to facing me some financial difficulties. I resides at your accommodation from 10 years and paying my rent timely, this enhance your confident on me to pay the rent but laterally at the end of this month. This time company promising us to pay the salaries at last week of the month as the legal boundaries vanishing and soon we will start production.
