The line graph depicts information of the growing populace in my city. The survey was conducted in a five decade period and the units are expressed in millions.

Overall, it is notably seen that the population steadily emerged over time. However, it experienced a minimal decline at the end of the period.

In detail, in the starting year of 1970 the number of people commenced just above 2.0 million. Subsequently, following years it gradually rose before reaching its peak in 2010 accounting at almost 3.0 million of people.

In contrast, despite its exponential population growth over the years. In the last year, it dropped to a negligible number, just around 2.7 million.
