Dear Mr./Mrs. accommodation officer,

I am writing this letter to explain to you about my course schedule, which that would be talking about contamination control system in Jakarta university tomorrow morning. I am going to departure to Jakarta at 06:00 am tomorrow morning and would arrive at 07: 00 am. This is my first time going to Jakarta, I would like if you to guide me about your university procedures and rules.

I am would be like if you provide a smoking room area for me, because I am an active smoker, I could be relax, if have been smoking before go sleep at night, and than I need quiet room area because I can not sleep properly, where that area has noise.

Jakarta University is my first place to training out of my city, in my opinion I would be like if you let me know about time to start and time to out of class course, so that I could to prepare and set up my time keeping when the training and course are going to start.
