Dear sir/madam

I am Jayanti, an international student from Indonesia. I am going to visit Manchester, UK for a short training course. I am writing this letter to submit a request for accommodations.

Allow me to depict my condition that I have pain in my lower back, consequently, sitting or standing for long time in the same position will trigger my pain. Therefore, I would like to request for an accommodation which can prevent my situation.

I have included some possible ideas that could help. I want accommodations with comfortable rooms, full air conditioning, bath tub, hot water, television with netflix. If there are any other ideas or options that you could provide it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need additional information or would like to discuss additional ideas. Would you please let me know in the next week? Thank you so much for considering my request.
