Dear Mr Smith,

I would like to inform you about my intention of moving out of your property very soon. This is because, I recently got a new job at Kansas so I would be moving over there with my entire family. This movement would be taking place on a weekend which is Saturday, 25th June.

On this note, I would also like to seek information on the steps required to get my deposit back as earlier stated in the house documents when I signed the lease.

Perhaps you would like to come inspect the property before my departure, I would be pleased if you could give me a phone call prior to your coming so I can direct you on where to get the house keys.

Please let me know if you require any further information. I look forward to receiving your prompt response.
