Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to inquire about my concern that I am not satisfed with the changing rooms in this star pool, I fell uncomfortable to changing my clothes after swimming here. I hope you will conseder my situation favourably.

Let me explain my situation. I was swimming here since senior high school, at that time the changing rooms was good. I started swimming again today, the changing rooms conditions is really bad. Such as some doors are broken and all doors unlockable. Also inside didn’t have clothes hanger so I let my dry clothes and all my stuffs on the floor. I can’t change my wet clothes because the door cant’t lock as well, also my dry clothes got wet.

I have request, would you changes all the door with the key? So I can lock the door if I neeed to change clothes and also add apparel hanger for each rooms.
