I am writing to inform you about a new charity program which is organising by me and some volunteer employees of this bank taking place 1st of July in order to aid our x manager Abraham’s orphan children.As you know,he has recently died in car accident so that his family stayed alone without any financial support .We are organising a basketball match and everyone who is eager to donate can join us.The winner team receives the collected budget and give it to the orphans ,By this way we not only spending our day off meaningfully and the children will be helped financially.Now they have to pay their school fee is a crucial thing behind us
