Good morning colleagues !

Today I need to make arrangements for your participation in a local charity event therefore we must to extra organize it.

First of all, the purpose of the event is “Support to Homeless people”. We hope this charity might help them to choose the right way of their life. We’ll give them some clothes, a variety of basic items, food, and etc. Maybe someone is would like to work somewhere.

In addition, the party is going to be at 1pm in the 25th of April on the 65 Nazarbayeva street. The huge office is located in the background of the big alley. I choosed this place, because it is pretty comfortable for everyone. It has a cute coaches, tables, a really big windows with a great lighting what is going to be useful for our work. The alley is also has a fresh air, our guests can relax, maybe drink coffee or tea, meet and talk about the same future projects. Moreover the chef is promised to cook more food. There be a lot of news channels, journalists, and so on. I suppose, it’ll be very interesting.

Colleagues, you need to make an advertising about this charity, maybe someone else can support or invest our project. Text our e-mail address, phone number, at least location and a little description about this event.

It was the short version of your contributing. If you have a questions just let me know. I’ll be glad of your feedback.

Have a nice day !
