Dear Nadim,

I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to let you know about the reunion program in our school.

The reunion party scheduled to be held at Grand Conference Hall in city centre on 15th April. This hall has been chosen for its accessibility and modern facilities. It will commence at 6:00 p.m, and is expected to continue until 9:00 p.m. Therefore every students are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.

After discussion, the school authority decided that every students have pay 2000 taka to reserve the seat. Althouth application is available at the school office, you can apply it online. To book the seat, at first you have to log in your school registration number, which has written on your personal student account.

During the reunion party every students have the opportunity to attend the concert. Additionally, if anyone wants to engage with the sports, they can do it without any restriction. The sports club would be on the 3rd floor of this hall centre.
