Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. As a member of the local music group, I am writing to express the inconvenience caused by the fact that we can no longer use the community hall for our rehearsals.
To begin with, we used to meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 6:30 pm untill 8:30 pm to practise for the international music competition. At our meetings, we do a simulation of the show to bring the performance to the ideal for the competition day. Moreover, our group is quite large, eighteen musicians, so this hall was just perfect for us to train.
In addition, this ensemble brings benefits to our town’s community. First of all, every time the band wins a artistic battle, it raises the reputation of our settlement. Due to this, we won in the nomination “Top 5 most artistis cities” of our country. Another reason why our ensemble is good for the society, is that we give vocal and instrumental lessons for school-age children for free.
I hope that it is clear how much we need the hall for our practice sessions. A great solution would be to choose alternative days for our meetings, for example Monday and Thursday. I trust that the matter wil be resolved promptly, and I look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
Julia Mazur
