Dear Mr. Cruz:

I have received a message that the community hall is unavailable to be used by my group. I am writing on behalf of the local band Tugtog to ask for your permission regarding the use of the community hall for practice.

Tugtog is a local band in Davao and have been performing in local events such as Araw ng Dabaw and Kadayawan Festival for almost 2 years. We use different musical instruments like kulintang and pig hide drums creating a mix of traditional and contemporary music. Moreover, the community hall is an important place for us and we have been practicing here every Tuesday and Friday evenings since then. We truly love is this place because it has great acoustics and very spacious at the same time.

I humbly ask your good office, if there are other days and times that we can use it for our practice. I am open to negotiate and hoping for consideration regarding this matter.
