Dear Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am one of the member of music group who practiced in the community hall on Tuesday and Friday evenings. I have heard that it is not practicable for the group to do the same anymore.

Firstly, I want you to understand that what the music group is about?. It consist of 4 members, we composed all the songs on our own, the songs mainly related to support our community. Moreover, we arranged small concerts for our community as well.

Community is fundamental aspect of music. It unites people by bonding them. Music good for culture, promotes diversity, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

I think it would be great if you allow us to practice on days except Tuesday and Friday. As we all are students we can spare time in evening.

Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter. I hope this situation will resolved soon.
