Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Shweta Ahir, I along with a few of my group members who are musicians use the community hall twice a week. I have received a notice from your office that we are not allowed to use this hall going forward.
We are a part of a music band which performs in clubs on weekends for which we practise over Tuesdays and Fridays in your community hall. At this point in time this is our only source of earning and we are quite passionate about making music so we utilise this time in creating new songs as well. Moreover, we as a group are very beneficial as most of elderly people come and spend their time listening to our music and few of them have told me how it helps them in feeling calm.
I understand there might be a very strong reason to stop us from using this hall, but I would like to suggest that we can use this hall on Mondays and Wednesdays during lunch hours so that we are not disturbing anyone.
Thank you for reading this letter and looking forward to hearing from you.
Your sincerely,
Shweta Ahir
