Dear Uncle,

I hope your are doing well. I am writing this letter to let you know that I will be in Delhi throughout next week since I have some crucial work to complete in our Delhi branch office prior to its inauguration.

I will be in the town for full week from 3rd Feb to 10th Feb and most of the day time will be in office to complete my work.

As per my last visit, I understand that your home is in close vicinity of my new office and my guess is correct it hardly take 10 minute walk from your compound. For ease of travelling, and to avoid the traffic delays, I would like to stay in your home during my visit and would be thankful if allowed to use Akash room since he is presently staying in hostel.

As this is an official visit, I will be eligible to claim per deem for my whole stay in Delhi and I can share the accommodation allowance with you if you agree. This shall allow us to spend some time and also help you to settle form utility charges for my stay there.

Looking forward for your response and can’t wait to see you soon.
