Dear Paul,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about my short trip in New York city in next month.

I want to let you know that, I am super exeited to visit New York city because this is one of my dream place. I will be arrive on December 15th and back to my home before Christmas. I am expecting almost seven days trip whereas, I want to explore the whole city.

I have gone through some websites for hotel booking for the stay but because of the christmas season hotels are very expansive. I would really appreciate to you, if you can manage my accomodation at your home just for seven days.

It would be great to spend time with you and memorize the old memories. I will afford my expanses and pay off all the living cost and food expanses.
