Dear Jot,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am planning to visit Vijaynagar for my work meeting. I will be coming in the first week of May for 5-7 days. I am very excited to meet you all as it’s been a year since we met on my birthday party.

Moreover, I am visiting your city for my business meeting with the foreigner clients who will have been staying in the five star hotel which is loacted outside your town. Hence, I was thinking to stay in the same hotel, but I know if you will be getting to know about this, then you will be mad at me. Therefore, I have changed my mind and would you be happy if I stay at your place for 5-7 days. In this way, I do not have to suffer through home-sickness as you know I am an introvert person.

However, I am hesitating to ask you if I can pay my expenses to you for 1 week. Please accept my this suggestion as I would not be comfortable interuppting your privacy for a week.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Yours sincerely,

Jasmeet
