Dear Alia,

I hope you are fine. Next week I am planning to visit Bhawalpur so I thought it would be a great chance we can meet.

I am coming to Bhawalpur on 19th of April via Tezgaam express. I will reach there at 8:00 pm. As I have meetings scheduled from 19th to 28th April, I will be staying there till 29th of April.

I will be absolutely free on weekends so I am planning that we should hang out some where. I was also thinking to stay at your house as we will enjoy our evenings too. If you are comfortable with my stay at your place, let me know.

As I am on my business trip, I will pay for all my expenses at your house. I will be paid for my expenditures by my company so don’t worry about anything. Instead of spending on hotel stays, we will enjoy together.
