Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. If you are available this weekend, I would like to book a venue under the name Beyler.

The party is for our close friend. Like a suprise party i suppose. For that i hope you have free room on Saturday 5:30pm. It is the time when party itself will start, but my friends and I would like to come an hour earlier than the chosen time. So i would like to know is 4:30pm works for you. As it is a suprise party we need time to prepare all the suprise for him.

The guest list is not long. Couple of my friends and couple of his personal. Around 40-45 people in general. We expect this much. So we need a slightly bigger room. Incase the number will grow.

Also i would like to see the menu beforehand, more specificaly the bar. All of the guests including me are young adults. The bar menu is more important than the Couisine menu. We are planning to have 7 round tables for saturday if it is possible. Also 7 chairs for each of the tables. We booked our DJ ourselves so no need to worry about such things. The microphone would be nice for little karaoke intermission with friends, and of course the speech, toasts. In addition I heard you have Jazz group that works for you. We would like to book them aswell. They will come and perform at 7pm if that works for you and for them.
