Hi Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to enquire about the party hall bookings and arrangements in our community centre.

My Friend has upcoming birthday so we planned for surprise birthday party on March 12 th , Sunday . Since we are residing near our community centre we are looking for party hall in our centre so that minimizes our travel and we can spend lot time with families.

We are looking for the facilities that should includes dinning table and chairs for around 50 people and audio system for orchestra . We are expecting around 20 familes so sufficent parking is expected on the planned event

As I checked in the website dates are booked, But i can see availability for small halls on the planned date so kindly confirm the cost and availabilty for booking the hall.
