Dear colleagues,

Now I would like to tell you about our trip. Firstly, we faced choosing a date and location for this. To solve these issues, I propose asking for your genuine opinion. Even though disagreements may arise, I want to solve this problem independently. For example, we are not busy on Wednesday; it seems to me a great day for trip. Regardless of our wishes, choosing a destination requires effort. If our workflow will allow, we could go to local mountains. I consider it will be great.

Secondly, we need to bring some essential things. These are a first aid kit, bottles of water, and food. All of these are available for our backpacks. While forming the team, I will talk about additional things for travelling.

Moreover, I propose using a trip agency, whose program includes many various entertainments for social connections. On the first day, we are able to visit several churches and on the second day, attend mountain springs.

In conclusion, I believe that our trip will be genuinely valuable, and it will encourage further such amazing trips and interesting weekends.
