Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to enquire about ABC course at your college in XYZ city, OPQ country. I would like to know a few details from your side. Firstly, please let me know about the monthly rental of the accommodation located within the campus. I understand from college website that there are two types of living quarters, one is with shared bathroom and another with a separate bathroom and I am seeking information about both of them.

Secondly, please let me know the fee structure of the entire program which should also include stationery charges and other miscellaneous expenses. Finally, kindly help me with the schedule of the entire course. These details will help me plan other commitments effectively.
