Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am addressing you is that I want to ask a few questions about your english school that I am aiming in order to study.

Regarding my questions first, I want to know the accomidation which is provided by your academy. I want to tell you that I desire to have a single room as I do not like to share accomidation. The reason is I am a very shy and private person. Therefore, are there any rooms for only one person in the accomidation? In addition to this, I am vegan person and i cannot eat any non-vegan meals, so there is a special request for my meals.

It would be really appreciated if you send me all the details of your English school.
