Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Harsh Sheth and I got an approval letter for the enrollment into upcoming English Language Improvement Program (ELIP) at your renowned university. I am writing this letter in regards to gather some insightful information. Please allow me to ellaborate.

As this is the first time I leaving my country to study, I am very curious to know how will the exams be conducted to assess my english proficiency. Also, if you could share some information regarding the group where I could connect with my peers, it will help me find my housemates in an entirely different country. For the accommodation, I would appreciate if you could share some local websites, as I am more inclined towads renting an appartment near the university being afraid of living in house in totally new region, and having the casual talks with the community of appartment could not only make me feel engaged but also help improvise my speaking skills.

Also, as I belong to one of the warmest regions of India, I would like to know what would be the least temperature I could expect, so I can pack warm clothes accordingly.
