Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request information about your college before I come to the campus. I have an intention to attend worldwidely known English courses that get gained high skills.

I live in your institution for a long while during course period and I need to learn how level accomoditon opportunities are at the school. I want to be sure that hot water is available at 24 hours or operation team is ready for any problem of heating and cooling system at 24 hours. In case of studying till late hours, fast food should be available for students. I would like to stay myself in my own private room. This would be better that room would has new air conditioning equipments,because California is deadly hot in the summers.

If I am able to eat diet meals and rest at a room located near the library, I would be grateful for this.
