Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to make your attention towards my complaint that I made a week ago for my last trip which I did with your taxi company in which I met with unexpected behavior of your company driver. Additionally, I am surprised and feeling so bad that no one worried about my complaint because, I did not get any reply from you guys which is unacceptable.

Ten days ago, I went to Kitchener with one your company driver named as neraj. Everything was going well while travelling suddenly he had one call I don’t know who called him. After that he started behaving rudely to me and continuously accelerated car than speed limits. Moreover he was continuously used his phone for whole trip. In addition to this, I requested him to stop doing that but, he denied to me in aggressive manner. To be very honest that was the very unsafe and under-rated trip I made with your company. Apart from this, I also mentioned feedback on your company site with the details of that driver.

I am requesting to you to focus on that report and work on it because, nobody wants to take risk with their life by travelling with those kind of drivers. Looking forward to hear back from you soon.
