Dear Nick,

I hope you are doing well. Long time no see. I was thinking about a friends reunion in the upcoming winter season. So, I am planning skiing trip of our school group fellows and thought to invite you as it’s your favorite sport.

I will be glad if you could join us. This seven day trip will be in the second week of December in the northern areas of Punjab. You will need to bring few equipment like skis, poles, boots, helmet, gloves and warm clothes. In our itinerary visit of various lakes, rivers, mountains and historical places are also included. So, don’t forget to bring your professional camera. I am a fan of your photography and want you to capture each moment to make it more memorable.

I hope you will not have other plans for the winter holidays. Kindly let me know about your availability. I can’t wait to hear back from you.
