Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my staff’s bad service. I completely understand the impact this has had, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Firstly, we employed him 7 days ago. He does not enough experience. We will try to involve him any parties or holidays in order to learn communication with customers and good service. We will have a look at this issue.
Secondly, this is my bad. The reason is that he has not experience and I did not send him to conferences about waiter polit and character. I deeply regret not being more careful.
To make things right, I would like to offer new chance such as free dish for four people or your relatives. If there is another solution that you prefer, please let me know. I genuinely want to fix this situation in any way.
Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter. I truly regret what happened and will do my best to prevent it from happening again.
Yours sincerely,
Thomas Shelby
