I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. I writing to express my sincere apologise for my staff’s bad service. I completely understand the impact this has had, and I am trully sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Firstly, We employed him 7 days ago. He has not enough experience. We will try to become involved him any parties or holidays in order to learn communication with costumers and good service. We will have a look to this issue.
Secondly, this is my bad. The reason is that, he has not experience and I did not send him to confrences about waiter polit and character. I deeply regret for not being more carefull.
To make thing right, I would like to offer new chance such as free dish for four people or your relatives. There is another solution that you prefer, please let me know. I am genuinely want to fix this situation in any way.
