my name is harpreet singh i am manager of delhi restaurant in downtown of toronto. i received a letter of bad service of our food which was you mentioned in the letter. i am truly sorry for this . actually, due to some circumstances, your food is cold due to so many customers are waiting there . after your letter recieved, i give warning to that staff member which was taken your order.
as a gesture of goodwill i would be thankful you sir if you come again in our restaurant. i will give you free credit for four times food enjoy with your family or friends. you can come anytime , we didnot charged you.
