Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the quality of facilities and services which you have been providing recently.

As you know I am a regular user of your gym since the last year and I rely on your instituition for enhancing my health and keeping my fitness.However,nowadays visible changes have been happening there which ruin the entire experience and effect of doing physical activities.Firstly,several machine become harder to operate due to inadequate application of lubricants and certain irons parts have ruined enormously by the rust.

Moreoevr,the current condition of each machines raise security concers among the individuals as the parts are deteorating day by day beacuse of the insufficient management and maintanance.Additionally,the lack of enough space in the dressing room is worsening the issue even more as people have to wait for a long time to get changed.Consequently,the employees like me who use gym everyday couldn’nt able to manage their time properly as they should spent long hours in the qeue for getting changed.

Considering this problems,I humbly request you to take appropriate measures to restore the equipment and renovate the gym as soon as possible.Since these situations are completely unaccepable,I would appreciate it if you could reduce the monthly payment to your fitness centre as a compensation.
