Hi dear manager,

I have recently signed up to your gym however I might be quit the membership. First of all I would be happy if the tools we are using for the workout are versatile which are not. Secondly, there are several dirt problems at the gym including baths. I saw a huge bug at toilets last weekend also towels in the bathrooms need to be more clean. These problems that I mentioned may not be seen as the biggests however it affects my adaptation to workout and my motivation. Gym members always waiting long queues to do sport. I have made an appointment for pools but when I make it to there, a staff responsible for pool said that I would not be able to use pool because appointment cancelled for no reason. Everybody desire to swim at the pool after workout. You dont even provide basics of the gym membership.

İf you want me to stay for membersihp, you really need to do some spesific changes includes routine cleaning, adding much more tools otherwise I think, I would not be able to continue my membership by new years eve.
