I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inquire about take time off work , due to travel to Egypt to attend my brother’s wedding and visit my family . it has been a long time I see them and I missed them much so, this wedding party is a good opportunity to see them all .

Due to the fact that the wedding will be next month ( in the feast ) I will be grateful if you can allow two weeks in Ramadan in additional of the feast that it will be from 1st of April till 20 of April .

I would like to suggest how the work could be covered while I am on my vacation , there is no doubt that Miss Doaa is the best teacher can lead my class , the reason is that 4A was her class last year and she knows the students , also Miss Omnia is very kind with students and they love her much , but nonetheless it is up to you to choose the suitable teacher for covering .
