Dear Mr Sandhu.

I would like to request some time off from my job for a certain period of time. It is an advanced computer course which helps me to improve my current job role in an organisation. Addtionally, it would also be really beneifical in the upcming promotion opportunities.

In this course, I will be able to master the new softwares that will help me in increasing the productivity for the organisation and will also help me in motivating my team members . Moreover, it will also ease me in learning and mastering the word applications like Wordpad, Powerpoint presentation and so on.

The course offers full time and part time classses depending on the days you are available. I am thinking to join the full time course which is of 2 weeks with the included materials and one on one session provided by the experts.

So, its my humble request to allow me 2 weeks off from my current role in you orgaisation.
