Dear Ishita,

I hope this mail finds you well. As we discussed earlier, this is just an official week off from March 1st to 7th. My family is visiting from India, and we planned a trip to Banff and Jasper. After two years, we have time to spend together, and I do not want to miss these days.

I have already spoke with Suzi, who will cover my shift. I taught her about the produce order, claims, and scrape. l always be available for phone calls. Before going on my mini vacation, I will order supplies for the salad bar, so for the next 15 days, we do not need to worry about that. We have already order necessary ingredient (such as eggs, chicken, all types of chesses, etc.) which will arrive on 2nd March for Salad bar team.

In short, I will ensure I complete every task so our team won’t get in trouble; they will just do their regular tasks.
