Dear Raman,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this letter to tell you that, I am very excited to meet you this summer. I already packed my bags but unfortunately, I have to cancel the trip because some urgent work come up at my workplace. My boss wants me deal with clients coming form Japan and no other senior employee is available to deal with them. So, they asked me to cancel my trip in May and take it in June.
I know you already planned everthing for the trip and pre booked our activities for whole trip, you also invited aunt Sona for the trip. I apologies for any inconvenience this may have cause you but, instead of May 4th to 16th I will come in June from 7th to 18th. We will have all the fun and make memories and I will reschedule all the activities and apologise to aunt Sona as well.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Wishes,
Jassi
