Respected sir,
I am writing this letter about in inconvenience, as i faced in my last stay at your hotel xyz on 6 june . My name is sarav and i booked your hotel room for spending my holidays in your beatiful room, which i saw online. After arriving in the room there there is huge difference between what you show in advertisement and what i get when i was there. On online it,s show a beautiful view of ocens from the room window but in reality the view from my room was much more opposite than my imigination. I can only see the garbage collected by the workers few feets away from my room, which block my all view.
Furthermore, the customer services was also not good , the onsite manager didnot able to helped me to change my room, instead he kept saying that all rooms are full, which make my stay so diificult for me. As i prepared myself to relax near ocean waves and relax in my room away from crowd, but i cannot even stay in balcony for more than five minute. So, i have to leave your room before spending my holidays and it wasted my one day of my holidays
This was one of my bad experince of my life. i hope i can get my refund as soon as possible. Hope to hear your response as soon as possible.
