Dear Mr Brown,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to apologize for breaking your tool. Last week, I borrowed a hammer from you. There is one photo frame that I was willing to hang on the wall of my room. While, I was trying to hit the nail by the hammer because I put too much strength on the tool, it broke. It was just an accidence not intentional. As you told me, “you also need to put some family photo frames in the living room and you will do that once I return the hammer.” Unfortunately, I broke it by mistake. In addition, I apologize for the inconvenience occured. I already order a new hammer that will delivered to your home tomorrow. I am looking forward that you will forgive me for this unfortunate incidence. Once again, I would like to say sorry for your loss.
Regards,
ABC
